What I’ll Deliver

Coaching and mentorship is all about the conversation. Whether that’s a regular hour of 1x1 time every week, a recurring team meeting, a workshop, or one-off private or group conversations, my attention is all yours.

Some conversations—like those requiring feedback on calls, decks, emails, playbooks, or other types of written or presentation work—may require additional preparation time on my part to ensure the conversations with your team are as productive as possible.

How We’ll Work Together

Recurring sessions will allow me to deeply understand the context and build trust with your team. These sessions can occur at regularly scheduled intervals, draw from a bank of hours on an as-needed basis, or be a blend of both options for the most support and flexibility.
